The Sullivan Parks and Recreation Department will hold a
Barbeque Contest and Chili Cook-off October 23rd and 24th.
The contest will take place at the Sullivan Fairgrounds with cooking to start Friday night, October 23 and Judging to take place Saturday afternoon, October 24.
The Barbeque contest will consist of 4 categories (Ribs, Pork, Brisket and Chicken) with a winner being named in each category. A Grand Champion will be crowned by accumulative scoring in all 4 categories. Rules of the St. Louis Bbq Society will be followed.
