Vinegar Barabecue Sauce
Makes: 1 cup


2 cups    Cider Vinegar
2/3 cup   Ketchup

1/2 cup   Pakced Light Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp     Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp     Tabasco Sauce
1 Tbsp     Lemon Juice
1 tsp       Prepared Yellow Mustard
1 tsp       Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp    Kosher Salt and Black Pepper

Simmer ingredients together for about 15 minutes


White BBQ Sauce
Makes: 1 1/2 Cups

1 cup      Mayonnaise
1/4 cup   White Vinegar
1 Tbsp     Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp     Creole Mustard
2 tsp       Minced Garlic
2 tsp       Prepared Horseradish
1 tsp       Kosher Salt
1 tsp       Sugar

1 tsp       Black Pepper


Teriyaki BBQ Sauce
Makes: 1/2 cup

1/2 cup       Sugar
1/4 cup       Dry Sherry
1/4 cup       Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp         Ketchup
2 Tbsp         Molasses
1 Tbsp         Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp         Chili Garlic Paste
1 tsp           Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp        Dry Mustard


Stir Together in a saucepan, Slimmer for 10 to 15 minutes

Mustard BBQ Sauce
Makes: 2 cups

1 cup      Prepared Yellow Mustard
1/2 cup   Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup   Packed Light Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp    Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp    Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp       Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp    Kosher Salr
1/2 tsp    Black Pepper

Simmer in a sauce pan for about 10 minutes
