Pig Ingredients Jalapeno's Cream Cheese Shredded Cheddar Cheese Hickory Flavored Bacon
1) Clean and Cut Jalapeno in half remove the seeds For a Hotter Flavor - keep the seeds
2) Spoon Cream Cheese in the Jalapeno - Level with the edge of Jalapeno
3) Top with Shredded Cheese
4) Wrap a half of piece of Bacon around Jalapeno, and secure with a tooth pick
5) Smoke for about 2 hours
This is a great snack while you're smoking your meat!
