Thank you for your interest in the St. Louis BBQ Society (SLBS). The Society is made up of men, women, and children whom enjoy barbecuing on every level from Backyard Chefs to competitive BBQ Teams. This organization was formed to bring together the Barbecue enthusiast families and friends that not only enjoy preparing great Barbecue, eating great Barbecue, sharing recipes along with learning from one another.
