September 27th and 28th will be the 4th Annual Ballwin BBQ Bash. Good Times had by all!! Last year's bash was a huge sucess with about 80 teams and 8 categories. It was a good opportunity to learn some new ideas and meet some great people. Frank Schmer (Owner of St. Louis Home Fires and the St. Louis BBQ Society President) is the Mastermind of this event. From what I have heard, this year is going to ROCK!
